Maybe you are confused
Maybe you said something you didn't mean
Maybe you were upset
Maybe you felt a little misplaced that day
Maybe you were running out of time
Maybe your emotions got the best of you
Maybe you were just worried
Maybe you were just scared
Maybe you colored yourself to the world in small doses, & large doses too much for some to handle
But despite all those maybes, you spilled your colors and it was damn near beautiful
